Bienestar psicológico en mujeres emprendedoras de la región de Los Lagos, Chile

Abstract

Se buscó identificar el bienestar subjetivo en mujeres emprendedoras de la Región de Los Lagos. Se trabajó con 146 mujeres emprendedoras de diferentes áreas, se aplicó la escala de bienestar psicológico Ryff. Los resultados indican niveles de bienestar alto (42,4%) y un 14,1% nivel bajo. El crecimiento personal (27,6%) y propósito en la vida (26,5%) presentan altos niveles. Los resultados indican que existen áreas que deben potenciarse para favorecer el bienestar psicológico y apoyar los microemprendimientos.

The aim was to identify subjective well-being in women entrepreneurs in the Los Lagos Region. We worked with 146 women entrepreneurs from different areas, the Ryff psychological well-being scale was applied. The results indicate high levels of well-being (42.4%) and a 14.1% low level. Personal growth (27.6%) and purpose in life (26.5%) have high levels. The results indicate that there are areas that should be enhanced to promote psychological well-being and support microenterprises.
