Modelo de comportamiento planificado (TPB) en conexión con la autoeficacia emprendedora (ESE) para determinar la acción de emprender

Abstract

El modelo de comportamiento planificado de TPB fue modelado por Maluk O (2018b) con la variable de decisión como mediadora total y la acción; luego se combinó con un modelo para la autoeficacia emprendedora ESE obtenido en el presente trabajo a partir de la validación realizada por Moriano et al. (2006a) y la varianza total explicada es mayor que las varianzas obtenidas en otros modelos similares; siendo casi igual a la obtenida por Maluk O (2018b). Se pudo concluir que el modelo de autoeficacia empresarial absorbió parte de la varianza y la transmitió a la acción emprendedora, a través de sus variables mediadoras, la autoeficacia 1 y la autoeficacia 2.

The planned behavior model of TPB was modeled by Maluk O (2018b) with the decision variable as total mediator and the action; then it was combined with a model for the ESE entrepreneurial self-efficacy obtained in the present work based on the validation carried out by Moriano et al. (2006a) and the total explained variance of the extended model, is greater than the variances obtained in other similar models; being almost equal to that obtained by Maluk O (2018b). It was concluded that the business selfefficacy model absorbed part of the variance and transmitted it to entrepreneurial action, through its mediating variables, self-efficacy 1 and self-efficacy 2.
