A literatura infantil como um recurso pedagógico indispensável

Abstract

A literatura infantil possibilita às crianças novas experiências com a linguagem e com os sentidos, ou seja, proporciona um melhor desenvolvimento linguístico, cognitivo, emocional e sociocultural. Deste modo, o problema de pesquisa foi assim delineado: como a literatura contribui para a formação de crianças leitoras críticas? Logo, o objetivo geral do estudo é o de investigar o papel que a literatura possui no proceso de ensino-aprendizagem na educação infantil.

Children’s literature allows children new experiences with language and the senses, that is, it provides a better linguistic, cognitive, emotional and sociocultural development. Thus, the research problem: how does literature contribute to the formation of critical reading children? Thus, the general objective of the study is to investigate the role that literature has in the teachinglearning process in early childhood education.
