La investigación cualitativa en el marco de la ciencia jurídica

Abstract

En la presente investigación se plantea desarrollar definiciones básicas que permiten llegar al conocimiento de lo que representa la Investigación Cualitativa en el campo del estudio de la Ciencia Jurídica. Las ciencias sociales son aquellas que de forma sistemática, estudian los procesos sociales y culturales producto de la actividad del individuo como parte de la sociedad y de su relación con misma sociedad. El Derecho, como ciencia en el campo social, tiene en la Investigación Cualitativa una herramienta fundamental para el desarrollo de la misma. la Investigación Jurídica tiene como objeto de estudio de las diversas disciplinas jurídicas que tiene la Ciencia del Derecho.

In the present investigation it is proposed to develop basic definitions that allow to arrive at the knowledge of what Qualitative Research represents in the field of the study of Legal Science. The social sciences are those that systematically study the social and cultural processes resulting from the activity of the individual as part of society and its relationship with the same society. Law, as a science in the social field, has in the Qualitative Research a fundamental tool for its development. The Legal Research aims to study the various legal disciplines that the Science of Law has.
