Formación vocacional en los estudiantes del Liceo Bolivariano "Rafael Rangel" en carrera consonas con las necesidades del Estado Trujillo

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como finalidad proponer a los docentes la formación vocacional de los estudiantes del Liceo Bolivariano Rafael Rangel vinculada con las oportunidades de estudio que se ofrecen en el estado Trujillo. Asimismo, se realizó bajo la modalidad de proyecto factible, plasmando la fase diagnóstica y la de elaboración de la propuesta, mediante una investigación de tipo descriptivo con diseño de campo. Se aplicó un cuestionario descriptivo contentivo de 40 ítems. En torno a la población estuvo conformada por 20 docentes que laboran en la institución, la muestra estuvo representada por los mismos 20 docentes. La validez fue realizada por expertos en metodología, educación y orientación y para determinar la Confiabilidad se utilizó el coeficiente de Alfa-Crombach y la data (Matriz) se procesó en el SPSS/PC, versión 18. Dando como resultado 0,95 lo cual resulto ser alto y confiable. Los resultados evidenciaron que los docentes orientan vocacionalmente a los estudiantes en cuanto a la autoestima y toma de decisiones pero escasamente en cuanto a motivación, expectativas profesionales y estrategias de decisión. Por lo cual se hizo evidente realizar una propuesta contentiva de cinco talleres dirigidos a los docentes con técnicas y procedimientos para que adquieran esas herramientas para orientar vocacionalmente en conjunto con el personal de la Oficina de Planificación del Sector Universitario (OPSU) información sustentada y actualizada a los estudiantes de manera que sean orientados y se sientan informados de las oportunidades de estudios que ofrecen las diversas universidades del estado, con miras hacia el desarrollo integral y social.

The purpose of this research was to propose to the teachers the vocational training of the students of the Rafael Rangel Bolivarian High School, linked to the study opportunities offered in the state of Trujillo. Likewise, it was carried out under the modality of feasible project, capturing the diagnostic phase and the elaboration of the proposal, through a descriptive type research with field design. A descriptive questionnaire containing 40 items was applied. Around the population was made up of 20 teachers who work in the institution, the sample was represented by the same 20 teachers. The validity was carried out by experts in methodology, education and orientation and to determine the Reliability the coefficient of Alfa-Crombach was used and the data (Matrix) was processed in the SPSS / PC, version 18. Resulting in 0.95 which It turned out to be tall and reliable. The results showed that teachers give vocational guidance to students in terms of self-esteem and decision-making but scarcely in terms of motivation, professional expectations and decision strategies. Therefore it became evident to make a contentive proposal of five workshops aimed at teachers with techniques and procedures to acquire these tools to guide vocationally together with the staff of the Office of Planning of the University Sector (OPSU) information supported and updated to students so that they are oriented and feel informed of the study opportunities offered by the various universities of the state, with a view to integral and social development.
