La construcción de competencias investigativas del docente de posgrado para lograr el desarrollo social sostenible

Abstract

En este artículo se realizó la conceptualización de las competencias investigativas tomando como base la socioformación que busca la formación integral de la persona que aprende. Asimismo, se identificó los aportes de la socioformación, como enfoque educativo para el desarrollo social sostenible. Finalmente, se propone las competencias investigativas que debe tener un docente para afrontar los retos de la sociedad del conocimiento.

In this article the conceptualization of the investigative competences was carried out based on the socioformation that seeks the integral formation of the person who learns. Likewise, the contributions of socioformation were identified as an educational approach for sustainable social development. Finally, the investigative skills that a teacher must have to face the challenges of the knowledge society are proposed.
