Perfil emprendedor de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Ingeniería de Sistemas, UNCP (Perú)

Abstract

La investigación permite conocer el Perfil Emprendedor Personal a partir del Cuestionario de Evaluación de Características Emprendedoras Personales (CEPs) en los estudiantes de la facultad en cuestión, siendo las más resaltantes para el periodo 2017-I: Se fija metas, Fiel al cumplimiento de trabajo y Consigue información con puntajes de 3.73, 3.59 y 3.59 respectivamente, mientras que para el periodo 2017-II: Planifica y hace seguimiento sistemático, es fiel al cumplimiento de trabajo y es persistente con 4,13; 4,00 y 3,91 respectivamente. Al calcular la media de los resultados por periodo, el puntaje promedio de las CEPs obtenido en el 2017-I fue de 3,48 con un calificativo ALTO y las del 2017-II fue de 3,84 con un calificativo de ALTO. Finalmente, se presenta acciones orientadas al fortalecimiento del perfil emprendedor estudiantil.

Finally, actions aimed at strengthening the student entrepreneurial profile are presented.
