This text describes the main activities which the Primary teacher learns from. Since the induction, data
was crossed from the Educational Center Project (PEC), focus groups and interviews in Dominican
educational centers were contrasted. The treatment of the data with the ATLAS.ti allowed us to
conclude that the activities that promote sociocultural interaction favor learning and that it is difficult
to typify them. From these understandings there is a pedagogical theory that has been called
"Interactive triangle of teacher learning".
