IMPORTANCIA DE LAS PROSPECTIVAS ESTRATÉGICAS EN LAS ORGANIZACIONES PARA LA TOMA DE LAS DECISIONES GERENCIALES

Abstract

El artículo que se presenta a continuación plantea una disertación basada en la importancia de la prospectiva estratégica en las organizaciones, con la intención de comprender la necesidad de este instrumento y las ventajas que representa para anticiparse a los futuros inciertos en la toma de decisiones de la gerencia. A partir de esto, la realización del presente manuscrito está basado en un enfoque hermenéutico - interpretativo, y sustentado en la investigación documental con apoyo bibliográfico, respaldado en los planteamientos de Berger, Godet, Jouvenel, entre otros. Con la puesta en marcha del método discutido, el liderazgo gerencial camina hacia un mundo de posibilidades ya que tienen la oportunidad de anticipar, planificar y trazar de forma óptima sus objetivos mediante planes estratégicos concretos. Por consiguiente, la producción de este aporte procura ampliar el conocimiento sobre esta significativa herramienta, con la visión enfocada en la nueva gestión organizacional del futuro.

The following article presents a dissertation based on the importance of strategic foresight in organizations to understand the need for this instrument and the advantages it represents for anticipating uncertain futures in management decisionmaking processes. In this regard, the realization of the present manuscript is based on a hermeneutic-interpretative approach, and sustained in documentary research with bibliographic support provided by the approaches of Berger, Godet, and Jouvenel, among others. With the implementation of the method discussed, the managerial leadership walks towards a world of possibilities since they have the opportunity to anticipate, plan, and optimally outline their objectives by employing concrete strategic plans. Therefore, the results of this study seek to broaden the knowledge of this significant tool, with the vision focused on the new organizational management of the future.

L’article présenté ci-dessous présente une thèse basée sur l’importance de la prospective stratégique dans les organisations, avec l’intention de comprendre la nécessité de cet instrument et les avantages qu’il représente pour anticiper les futurs incertains dans la prise de décision de la direction. Partant de là, la réalisation de ce manuscrit s’appuie sur une démarche herméneutique - interprétative, et appuyée par une recherche documentaire avec appui bibliographique, appuyée par les démarches de Berger, Godet, Jouvenel, entre autres. Avec la mise en oeuvre de la méthode discutée, le leadership managérial marche vers un monde de possibilités puisqu’il a la possibilité d’anticiper, de planifier et de tracer ses objectifs de manière optimale à travers des plans stratégiques concrets. Par conséquent, la production de cette contribution vise à approfondir les connaissances sur cet outil important, avec une vision centrée sur la nouvelle gestion organisationnelle de demain.
