Estrés laboral en las empresas de telefonía celular privadas en la frontera entre Colombia y Venezuela

Abstract

El propósito de este artículo es describir el manejo del estrés laboral en empresas de telefonía celular privadas en la frontera entre Colombia y Venezuela. La investigación fue de tipo descriptiva, de campo y no experimental. Se concluye que los analistas de estas empresas describen el manejo del estrés laboral. Se observó que este se gesta por acciones como el contenido del trabajo, la variedad de tareas, el grado de automatización, las condiciones laborales y la disposición física de trabajo.

The purpose of this article is to describe the management of work stress on private cell phone companies in the Colombia-Venezuela border. The research was descriptive, field and not experimental. We conclude that analysts of these companies describe managing work stress, this is gestated by actions such as the content of the work, the variety of tasks, degree of automation, working conditions and the physical layout of work was observed.
